- Removed Alega

Okay so I want to explain why Alega is cut for the moment: I just couldn't think of something to do with them. They're supposed to be like google but more overtly evil and when trying to write them it sounded more and more like the rest of the factions combined. I am having trouble finding the soul of that company and so, until I do, they're cut. This doesn't mean they will never make it back, I have all of their stuff still saved encase I figure out something for them, but for now I am cutting them. 

I am taking a two month long break, I intend to come back in november. This is not for lack of motivation or falling out with the project, it's the exact opposite really, I have been too focused on Honor Among Syndicates that I am neglecting things I really need to have done. So for my own personal life we're putting this on the back burner. But, in November, we're going to be doing v1.4 which will be... inventory and character sheets!
